Summicron 2/9cm SOOZI 'The First' *

The very first M39 Summicron 9cm ever produced, in a batch of 100 lenses, in used condition, optics showing cleaning marks, the lens no.1119005 can be seen in James L. Lager 'Leica an Illustrated History vol. II' on page 72, according to some sources, these first examples of Summicron 9cm were made in 1953 but were officially announced in 1957, Leica record show that this lens was late delivered to official Leica dealer Bauer, Germany, on 29.03.1967, this lens is a part of the Leica History!
