OTTO STEINERT (1915–1978) - A Collection of 22 Photographs, 1949-1954

22 Vintage silver prints, all mounted on original exhibition cardboards, single weight paper prints (most of them semi glossy, some with a matte finish)

each c.  40,4 x 29,7 cm 

Each with the photographer's early studio stamp "Foto + Copyright / DR. STEINERT KEPLERSTR. 3 / SAARBRÜCKEN" on the reverse,  some of them with handwritten notations and numbers in pencil on the reverse, the cardboards show pinholes from the original exhibition presentation in the corners, the images are not effected, the prints themselves are all in very good condition

PROVENANCE All prints come directly from the archives of the FCCB (Foto Cine Club Bandeirante), the prints were part of the exhibition "Otto Steinert and his students" at the Museum of Modern Art of São Paulo in 1955 which was held in partnership with the FCCB.
