Leitz Stereo Tandem TOWIN prototype

the Leica tandem TOWIN was invented in the 1940s by W. Berssenbrugge - an expert in colour and stereo photography - it was originally made for stereo exposures, in 1949 however Leitz advertised it as a device for simultaneous exposures in b&w and colour. The offered example is an original prototype of this rare accessory, designed to work with Leica IIIc, it is shown in Lager III Accessories on page 348
