Very ingenious Soviet copy of a never-produced Leica I Mod. A Elmar for left-handed, most probably based on a soviet camera, in near-mint condition and working order, inverted focusing and winding, a similar chrome version is shown in Jean-Loup Princelle 'The Authentic Guide to Russian and Soviet Cameras' p.101.
