English, all chromolithographed, 3 1/4 x 3 1/4", comprising sets of children's stories such as Peter Pan, John Gilpin, Dick Whittington, Alice in Wonderland, The House that Jack Built, Gulliver's Travels, Robinson Crusoe, and others, most complete and many with original printed lecture notes. In mahogany case. Judging from the notes included, these sets of slides were entertaining children at the Parish Church of St. Bartholomew until at least the 1940's. Ex Spira Collection.
